New Thangs!! Part 3: My Sister!!!!

As promised y’all….pictures of my sister’s skin. She has decided to join me in doing 3 Green Superfoods a day for the foreseeable future. Yippie Skippy!!  In addition to the 3 Green Superfoods a day, she has purchased the Sickle Cell Kit and the Facial Skin Healing and Toning Kit from Dhealthstore. Starting tomorrow, Monday January 7, 2013, all of her food will be 100% raw vegan and each kit well be in full use. It’s gonna be on and poppin up in here!!

These pictures show a 65% improvement compared to the condition of her skin in 2010. She admits that her diet, though vegan,   could be better. Not that she eats a lot of junk or processed foods, just not enough healing foods like leafy greens, lemon water, herbs, and healthy fats.

Small Update:  Been going strong! Everyday since January 1, 2012, I have stayed on track….3 Green Superfoods a day: Green Salad, Green Smoothie, and Green Juice!  Yea me! The green foods satisfy my body’s needs to the point I do not even crave other foods. Some days I have to remind myself that I did not eat anything aside from my green smoothies, green salad and green juice. Ill throw in a small meal or two just to maintain my current weight. My skin is already looking smoother, but I cannot tell if the dark marks have faded any. We will be going strong for another week!!

Peace and a little extra Love y’all!!
